The "AudioBook Factory" brand, logo, design, texts, code and structure are owned by Organizen (SASU). User manuscripts and the audiobooks they generate remain the exclusive property of their authors (see Terms of Service).

This notice is governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
